Dying Easter Eggs with a Paranoid, Not So Fun Mom!

This is the first year we did eggs with Cam. He was too little last year and a part of me feels he may have been too little this year still.
No. Really...he did an excellent job! I on the other hand, took a good 10 mintues to have fun. Thank goodness cool, calm and collective Daddy was around!

Our fun in pictures:
Nice clean table
The DROPPING begins (notice my freaked out hands)
Cam extremely proud of himself. Surely calls for a clap!
Another drop...
A little help to NOT drop and splash.
Ahhhhh. After much coaxing, he calmly put the eggs in the cups. (Mommy happy and clapping)
Finally Daddy took over. "Look eggy Mommy"
I was ready to step back in. Stickers=easy!
Proud and happy
again...

We all had so much fun. I did get a little "panicky" at the beginning but realized, It's a mess. A liquid mess. Just wipe it up when we are done. Easy as cake. Stain our clothes and our...
hands for a bit...Ehhhh...who cares!

The other night daddy was out and we stayed home to play.
This is what we did the WHOLE time.
He sure does love is animals.
Could I possibly love this little boy any more?

By the way

Old McDonald Had a Farm....

E-I-E-I-O!
Since it was such a beautiful week, Scott took advantage of it and took Cam to Wheeler Farm. They didn't make it on time for the tractor ride, but were able to walk around and visit the animals. Cam of course loved every minute of it and tried kissing every animal he saw. When I got home the first thing Cam said was "Mom! Moos and piggys today!"

Here is Cam giving away moochies

Doesn't the pig on the left look so happy and relaxed?

Bowling Baby

This weekend we took Cam bowling for the first time. He, of course, was in heaven the whole time! I was a little weary to take him, but he survived and did not get run down by any balls.
He had a hard time understanding that he couldn't run after the balls though.
As soon as we got inside and he saw what everyone was doing he was swinging his arm so high and hard to mock them. It was hilarious. Score for 1 game: 48
He tried this the last few frames...increasing our score
The "real" way

The arm swing...

As of late...

At Papa's Birthday dinner at Joy Luck
Daddy took Cam to Chuckie Cheese one day while I was working.
Cam LOVES dogs. Even fake dogs! He HAD to kiss the Old Navy dog before we left the store.
I'm a mean mommy huh? Scott thought so. I just couldn't resist.

My boys just relaxing and watching basketball.
I love this picture of Cam. He was watching his "shows". Probably Elmo or Clifford. (This pose is not parent induced. He was simply in heaven.)
Scott always gets these great picturs of Cam sleeping. He looks so grown up to me here. I also love the missing socky.
To get out of the house, Scott took Cam to the Child Safety Fair on Friday. Cam had so much fun and explored everything.
He loved this card with the puppies on it. He woke up from his nap when I got home from work and showed it to me first thing. He then told me about all the police dogs he played with...Really.

Picture Time!!!!!

Jenny. I heart you. You saved the day!! I did what you said and updated the browser in settings and it worked!!!! I can post pictures again. Blogger wasn't mad, just needed a little refreshing. Thanks girl.

St. George in review:
We had a blast. Sorry B, I didn't get any pictures of you can Cam this time. Guess we will need to come visit you again soon! We miss you by the way.

The weather was fantastic. I have decided we are now saving for a winter home in St. George. We will rent for the rest of our lives in the summer and buy a home for the winter. Haha. Right.
We stayed with Scott's grandparents and had our friends Jon and Rachael (aka Non and Ach according to Cam) come. Cam is so in LOVE with both of them. Family, friends, shopping, food, pedicures, golf, more shopping, t-shirts without coats...can it get any better?
 Fantastic!

Texas Roadhouse

Cam did so good in the car. I was impressed. We left during his nap time and he slept the majority of the way there. Wish I could have a bite of those cheeks!
We stopped in Filmore on the way down, like always. I bought a fake mustache out of the little machine and stuck it to Cam. It was hysterical. He didn't like it one bit!

Olive Garden. Yummy. Scott's bro get hooked up after this dinner. We all had left overs and knew we wouldn't eat them so he got them all. I think he ate Olive Garden for every meal for 2 days!
Our last day we went on a bike ride on the trail by Scott's grandparents. It was fun, long, and hard for some of us...mostly just me. Cam didn't like sitting in his trailer but ended up falling asleep on the way back.
